Fall is in the air here in northern New England. Just a couple weeks ago, we had the central air conditioning on and now I'm wearing a sweater to go outside to collect the firewood James just chopped yesterday in the backyard. We had our first fire in the fireplace recently and the leaves are beginning to turn to the brilliant reds, oranges and yellows our region is famous for. It's like a lightswitch that goes off and just as our lives change, so do the seasons. Our natural world is God's handiwork (Psalm 19:1).
